Flexible Set Up of Tracking Credentials and Licensures
Create an unlimited number of qualifications, credentials, and licensures to be tracked. Create flexible settings for each entry such as # of days before the expiration date for reminders; renewal dates etc. Scheduler determines what credentials and licensures are assigned to each employee. Use reminders to alert you to qualifications about to or those already expired. The employee also receives on-line information about expiration of their qualification. Determine if CEUs are required component of the qualifications. You determine what qualifications are required for complete staffing e.g. At least 1 ACLS Trained employee 24 hours day.
Qualifications and Automated Scheduling
If employee(s) have expired qualifications, they are not automatically scheduled. Alerts are displayed for the scheduler if there is a need for a qualified employee. Employee sees current status of all Credentials and Licensures.
Reporting Qualification Status
Run a report in seconds regarding the current status of Credentials; Licensures and Qualifications including renewal date. This report can be used for planning education.
