Suite Scheduler’s IT consultant works with your IT staff to install the application; set up email notification; daily backup processes and employees can access web-based Suite Scheduler. Team Viewer is used to remotely assist with the installation process.
Remote Product Training and Configuration
Your Suite Scheduler consultant works with your project team to confirm current processes to ensure your success with your transition to automation for employee scheduling; tracking employee licensure; and/or automation of employee performance reviews. Your consultant will assist you will customization of your application to meet your needs. Team Viewer is used to provide your project team with remote set up; remote training and follow up to ensure your success.
Each project team member will in turn train employees to use Suite Scheduler. The project team is trained to train employees to use this time saving tool. Your consultant will provide all training documents that can be printed and distributed for employees to support training.
At Go Live or 60 days from time of purchase the recurring monthly fees begin. The recurring fee is $3 per each actively scheduled employee per month. Suite Scheduler consultants are product experts and available to you for any product support questions you might have M-F 8-5p Central Time. If you are experiencing any challenges, a Suite Scheduler will work with you and use remote desktop sharing tools for remote access so you can show the consultant your issue and the challenge can be resolved.Call Suite Scheduler using the toll free number and be responsive to all inquiries.
