Create any number of different performance reviews or performance checklists and/or skill assessment forms. The different types of forms can include input from any number of designated people e.g. the employee themselves; peer(s); and the manager or supervisor. Performance reviews can be completed by employee(s) with web access. Confidentiality is maintained throughout the completion process. Within each review you create, you determine the weighted type of scoring. Comments can also be set to be required for certain scores e.g. unsatisfactory or excellent. You can customize the review forms with different sections and content within each section. There is no limit to how many sections you might create on each form. You have the option to determine what schedule data you might want automatically imported into the Performance Review Form. Examples could be the # of hours worked by shift; # of hours worked by different locations and roles; # of Education Hours; # Tardy Occurrences etc. This information helps support employee’s performance goals. Multiple components can individually be scored and automatically averaged for the section. If multiple employees submit reviews for the same employee, the scores can be individually listed and averaged with or without identity of the reviewer. You determine what is best for your organization.

The manager assigns Performance Reviews to designated employee(s). This eliminates paper copies and promotes confidentiality of all performance review data. Employee(s) complete their assigned reviews with web access. Each Performance Review is given a due date and the manager can check the status of completion for all designated employees.
